Ms Kgamane (Deaf) has been involved in Deaf Sport at a level since 2003. Her leadership positions include:

1. 2003: Interim Committee member, South African Deaf Netball Association;
2. 2005 – Secretary, Deaf Netball South Africa;
3. 2005 – Currently: Executive Committee member, South African Deaf Sports Federation (SADSF);
4. 2005 – Currently: Chairperson, Limpopo Deaf Sports Federation.

• 2006: Chef de Mission, Team Limpopo – SA Deaf Games, Bloemfontein, Free State Province.
